102 maxim series has been discontinued. Once stock is depleted the direct replacement will be 147 Encore Series. When you order 147 Encore - You will need to purchase the cover and handle kit part number 137 sold separately.
The Maxim Series Dyad Operator is designed for narrow windows, but will operate a frame width from 16” to 32”; height up to 72” and a sash weight of up to 55 lbs.
