- Description: U Channel Weather-strip for CHES/HES Hurd Sliding Patio Door. The metal channel is for older Hurd “Classic” doors and the plastic one is for “Energy Saver” doors. If you have the old metal we recommend you purchase the longest length(8-0) and retro fit like our how to video shows below.
Metal Style NLA will have to retro fit by using the plastic part - the fuzzy weather strip will be installed toward the exterior on the door panel. Please watch how to video below.
The Metal Dimensions (NLA): 5/8" wide at metal top and ¾” wide at fuzzy weather strip side x ½” deep x length depending on door size
