NM Drop Ship Shipping and Return Policy

Products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

By ordering on our website you are agreeing to the following policies, subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping for all items
  • Almost all orders placed before 12:00 pm EST M-F will ship that same day if all in stock.
  • Orders are shipped out via Fedex, UPS, or USPS at manufactures discretion.
  • All orders ship out of Poughkeepsie New York.
  • All mouldings are first shrink wrapped to insure there is no movement inside the box.
  • They are then wrapped completely around in bubble wrap.
  • Next custom bend 250 pound crush rated cardboard to the specific size of what will be shipped.
  • Lastly the box is taped closed with nylon reinforced tape to make sure it doesn't rip open during transit. 

Returns

  • Return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.
  • 100% money back on all items returned to manufacture less all shipping and processing cost. 
  • To be eligible for a return, you must email us a photo of the box and material you received to info@WindowPartsCenter.com, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, your return will be approved with and RMA# and a prepaid return label will be provided to you.  You will then be required to get it into the hands of UPS, whether it be dropping it at a pick up location, or handing it directly to a UPS Driver. Once we receive it back to our location and inspect the items, you will be refunded.
  • We do not offer refunds for sample pieces.  The over handling deteriorates the samples and they are intended as one time use.

 

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, returns need to be approved with an RMA#. Please email us at info@WindowPartsCenter.com for approval and RMA#. If approved you will be emailed with RMA# and shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our original shipping and processing costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we will ship out a replacement right away. Email us at info@WindowPartsCenter.com. We just ask for photo proof of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in. If we are going to send a pick up ticket for the items will be determined on a case by case basis.

Order shipped to wrong address:

  • Customer is responsible for entering correct shipping and billing address at time of check out. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect address that is entered at time of order, orders will not be refunded or cancelled. Customer will be responsible for picking up packages from the address they entered at time of order.

Lost Package:

  • Please email us info@WindowPartsCenter.com with your order number and it will be handled on a case by case basis with the manufacturer. 

FAQ:

Can I get mouldings longer than 94 inches?

No. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality product to our customers. That gets to be extremely hard when bringing in hard wood lumber longer than 94 inches. It tends to be very knotty and often cracked. We deal strictly in 94 inches lengths to guarantee the highest quality possible. 

Are your mouldings finger jointed or veneered?

No, all of our mouldings are solid wood. Made from a single board.

Are your mouldings prefinished?

All our mouldings come as raw unfinished solid hardwood. When you receive them they are ready to be finished, we just recommend a light sanding with some high grit sandpaper to remove any blemishes that may have occurred during the shipping process.

What wood species do you offer?

We deal exclusively in 5 solid hardwood species which are Cherry, Hard Maple, Poplar, Red Oak, and Ribbon Sapele Mahogany. We have also started a collection of our more popular profiles available in American Black Walnut.

I don't see the moulding I'm trying to match, will you make it custom?

We offer close to 200 different styles in our 5 hardwood species. We only deal in what you see on the website.

If you cut the moulding in half will it make the shipping less?

Our flat rate shipping cost of $30 is an average of what it costs us to ship mouldings throughout the United States. Shorter boxes still fall under UPS's large package surcharge so we stick to everything leaves here at 95 inches.

When will my order ship?

Almost all orders placed before 12:00 pm EST M-F will ship that same day.

When will my order arrive?

The map below shows in business days how long it will take from our warehouse in Hyde Park New York. Depending on your address 1-6 business days. Delays can be possible due to Holidays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once the order is in the shippers hands we have not control over the package.

What do I do if my order arrives broken?

First take pictures of the broken product, as well as the box they arrived in. Contact us via email at info@WindowPartsCenter.com and attach the pictures.  Once we have viewed the pictures, replacement pieces will be sent out immediately.  We deal with all claims with UPS, we may ask you to hold on to the box and broken materials until UPS comes to pick it up.
