Barn Door and Hardware Shipping and Return Policy and FAQ

Drop Ship Policy:

Bard Doors and Barn Door Hardware are dropped shipped from manufacture for the continental 48 states. Flat Rate fee of $8.00. By ordering these items you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two factors: 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and R&R. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES*
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance can take up to 2 Weeks for delivery, if your item is in stock.

*Note: on purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship from the United States.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY

Most items are delivered within 10-15 business days from time of order to delivery; however, this can vary due to order backlog, weather delays, how close you happen to be to the warehouse, etc. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you would like an estimate for items you are considering purchasing. Expedited delivery is not available. 

We cannot guarantee delivery during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time). We will work with you and the delivery team to attempt delivery during business hours upon request but will not guarantee any specific delivery times.

Delivery is curbside only. The customer will be responsible for bringing items into the location of delivery (e.g., house, apartment, building, place of business, etc.) and the delivery team will not bring items inside.

If you have items that are missing from your order, let us know as soon as possible so it's easier to track down missing parts. Please let us know before 90 days from order otherwise we may not be able to track down.

CANCELATION DURING DELIVERY

Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the items have left the warehouse and are in transit to the delivery location. Orders that are rejected at time of delivery will have return shipping fees as outlined on the Returns and Refund below.

Unassembled/Unfinished Pine Door Shipping Policy

All orders are free shipping within the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska). All orders will be shipped out from our Georgia warehouse within 1 to 2 business days via FedEx or USPS. It will take 1-5 business days for ground shipping depending on your location. So you can expect the products to arrive between 2 to 7 business days. If you need expedite shipping, please let us know in advance.

Returns and Refunds

Receiving

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing items upon delivery to make sure they are correct and undamaged. Please open items immediately after delivery as broken or damaged items must be reported within 5 calendar days.
  • Keep all original packaging and shipping labels for potential returns (see more below).

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and have original packaging and shipping labels(s)
  • You can initiate a return order by emailing us at Info@WindowPartsCenter.com for an RMA #.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Please print out and include the receipt or proof of purchase with the item when you return it.
  • See shipping fees below for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a 5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

The minimum return fee is $360 per order. Exceptions apply, see below:

  • Sartodoors
    • $360 to return 1 door
    • Add $180 for each additional door being returned: $180
    • 20% restocking fee
  • Homacer
    • Will be determined based on location and freighter
    • 20% restocking fee
Additional fees may apply to package and prepare the door(s) for return shipment if they are not in original packaging.

Unassembled/Unfinished Pine Door Return and Refund Policy

There is a 30-day return window from the time you receive your order. We offer free return for any defective orders. If it is not our problem, such as you just no longer need it etc., you will need to cover for your own return shipping and restocking fee will be charged starting from 20% and above. The restocking fee depends on the state of the product when returned. This will be graded if it is still in a sellable condition. All custom orders may not be returned, if a custom order is returned we will have the right to not issue a refund. 

Factory Return & Refund / Replacement Policy

Number 1 to 3 are not approved for replacement and will be charged for a restocking and return shipping fee if requested for return.

Number 2 has the only circumstances when the customer can ask for a replacement if there is a wood knot that causes a hole through the whole wooden panel.

 1. Warp of up to 1/4” in any plane of the door for any 7 foot tall door up to 24"~36” wide (FRAME DOOR ONLY) .  Warp of up to ½” in any plane of the door for doors 7 foot tall and up to 42”~48" wide (FRAME DOOR ONLY)Warp of up to 1/4” in any plane of the door for any 7 foot tall door up to 24"~36” wide (FRAMELESS DOOR ONLY) .  Warp of up to 3/4” in any plane of the door for doors 7 foot tall and up to 42”~48" wide (FRAMELESS DOOR ONLY)  Surface checks of scratches & splits in the doors that are less than 1/8” in width or less than 2” in length

2. Normal wear of the door, natural variation in wood color or texture, and the physical appearance of the door. Appearance or performance of a wood knot . If your wood knot is coming off of the panel which makes a hole all the way through the panel you may ask for a replacement of the panel not the whole door.

3. Damage caused beyond the control of Homacer, including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or mishandling, or by fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, storm, tornado, or other acts of nature.

4. All custom alteration of door and hardware is not returnable nor refundable inclusive of any cutting or finishes that has already been applied.

5. Damage caused by any installation of the door or door hardware are not returnable nor refundable nor replacemable.

Reason that offer free full return shipping:
Door damaged through transit. (We will need pictures of proof which is the damage box, the product damaged and written email of a return and refund request. Do not throw away any product or packaging unless instructed to do so. No restocking fee needed.)
Any other reason besides this will not be approved for a free return nor full refund and will be subjected for a restocking fee charge of 20% of total price and up depending on the condition plus the return shipping.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss various options on how to finalize your order which may include, but is not limited to, switching to alternative models that are in stock, continuing with item that is backordered and provide updates as to when it will be in stock and delivered, or providing a refund.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out when available. If tracking information is unavailable, feel free to follow up with us at info@WindowPartsCenter.com and we will be able to provide an update on delivery schedule.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or reject the delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@WindowPartsCetner.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf which may include replacement of item(s). Customer must keep all damaged items and packaging until claim is completed.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Cancellations, refunds, and return of item(s) are detailed above.

Other:

  • We do not offer custom sizes at this time for any model.
  • All our products are rated for interior use only and have not been tested for outdoor use.
