ID My Part: Roto XDrive folding handle OP06-1520
Customer: Hello, I am in need of the Roto XDrive folding handle OP06-1520, your part #SS10012. The color I am replacing does not appear to match any colors on your website. It is close to clay or copper tone but not exact. Would you please look at the attached photos to see what you think. Was the color of ours possibly discontinued? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. (picture's below)
R&R Response: Thank you for the pictures. It look like you might have the “old clay” color that’s been discontinued. See attached picture that shows it . Customers usually go with the new clay or the dark bronze. As a replacement, neither are a direct color match so it’s a personal choice on which they prefer.
